Premium Design BLADE PH327

With 'Blade', the design team at Studio F.A. Porsche wanted to completely rethink the way in which window handles are designed and used. Commencing with the opening mechanism and installation of the window handle, through to the handle itself.

The way in which modern day window handles are installed and affixed to a window often gets completely overlooked in the design process, resulting in poor design details. The design team at Studio F.A. Porsche focused on, and refined these details, resulting in a minimalist window handle, born out of innovation.

Crafted from precisely milled aluminium, BLADE features a sleek and sporty profile, resulting in a reduced, but comfortable handle design.

The base of the handle hides the opening mechanism, whilst the innovative end cap hides the installation screws, resulting in an even more minimalist appearance – something never before seen in a window handle.

The end-cap comes in three different colours, allowing the handle to be tailored to a wide variety of different interiors and window frames.

The perfect marriage of innovative details and premium design language, 'Blade' truly is an innovation, and a step forward in the world of window handle design.

STUDIO F.A.PORSCHE
Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche (1935-2012), was the grandson of the legendary Ferdinand Porsche (founder of Porsche AG).

In the early 1960s the young designer landed his first major success with the Porsche 911.
STUDIO F.A.PORSCHE
In 1972, F. A. Porsche set off on his own and founded the Porsche Design Studio which is located in Zell am See, Austria.

All designs created by the studio are based on three main design principles; Functionality, Purism and Relevance.
